- Contract & Crew Assignment: Once details are confirmed, you receive a formal booking and we assign a certified skipper and professional crew matched to your vessel and route.
- Pre-Departure Preparation: Full inspection of systems, rigging, safety gear, navigation, communications, and engine performance to verify readiness before sailing.
- Passage Planning: Route selection, weather routing, provisioning, fuel management, customs coordination, and insurance documentation handled in advance.
- Passage Execution: Your yacht is sailed professionally with continuous shore-based monitoring, live tracking access, and regular progress updates.
- Arrival & Hand-Over: At destination, the vessel is cleaned, inspected, and documented. You receive a full condition report, voyage log, photos, and maintenance recommendations.
